Our guest house is located in a calm residental area, only 250m walking distance to the river Isar and the Isar bicycle path. The centre of the village Lenggries with shops and train station is only 1km (15min by foot) away. You can find the next big supermarket in 850m. Close to the river Isar there is a public playground for your children, just 5min away. In 1.9km you can find an indoor and outdoor swimming centre; in 2,2km the mountain cableway, skiing area, cross country slopes, climbing garden and a bike park. Another skiing area with slopes and the summer toboggan run is located in the small village Wegscheid, just 4km away.

The guest house with its 3 holiday homes was complete refurbished in 2020 and is located on a 900m2 private land with outside parking spaces, carports and a rentable indoor parking space (lockable), bike shed with an E-bike loading point and washing station. The 2 holiday home on the ground floor are equipped with a private terrace (south view). The holiday home on the first floor has 2 balconies, the bigger one in east direction, the other one to the west with a wonderful mountain view. A small part of the garden with a flower field is for insects and little crawlers, the rest of the garden is for our guests to enjoy a barbecue, relax or play games. In the basement of the guest house there is a washing mashine as well as dryer (EUR coins are needed). There is also the possibility to store your skiing and wintersport equipment.
